We’re looking to add web developer to our team with experience in the following areas:

• XHTML & CSS: Competence with using CSS for layout
• JavaScript: Working knowledge of JavaScript and the DOM. JS framework experience a plus.
• PHP & SQL: Experience building data-driven web applications using PHP and SQL
• AJAX: Writing AJAX-based applications is recommended, but not an absolute necessity
• Team Player: Our culture is what drives us, and we’re looking to build our team with someone who both fits and contributes to it.
• Knowledge of Web Standards
• Good ability to learn and thirst for knowledge

I have been using ICICI Netbanking since the last 6 months. In terms of Usability, their system is a nightmare.. A simple task like sending payment to another ICICI account is really frustrating. In the images below I point out, why it really sucks and what could make it a better system.

Compared to ICICI, HSBC has a simple and uncluttered interface, which is quite easy to use and understand.

HSBC Netbanking provides option to either manually enter NEFT details or Search for the Beneficiary bank via the Search Option.
